As with any major release nowadays, the number of remixes, both official and bootleg, can be overwhelming. So how does one decide which rework of a band as beloved as The XX is worth listening to? How about asking Jamie XX of the group itself, who debuted a remix of their current single, “Angels” done by Four Tet, whose recent remixes of indie luminaries such as Radiohead, Vampire Weekend and Battles (plus his own superb catalog of work) has made him one remixer you can certainly count on.
