Some creative minds have passed through the doors of URB on their way to bigger things over the years. Two of those artsy types are former URB editor Brandon Perkins and intern James ‘The Machine’ Shahan, the latter of whom appears on “Not Goin’ Home” with Apathy and Fat Tony, on a beat produced by Evidence. The song is part of the soundtrack to Please Use Rear Exit, an online novel written by Perkins, inspired by his years of taking the LA bus system to URB HQ day after day. The animated video was created by Perkins as well.
