Addison Groove, one of the first to drive forward the UK bass crossover trend into areas of juke and ghettotek influences, has defied his usual habit of releasing only singles (like the classic Footcrab, or last year’s This Is It), to prepare an entire full-length. Above, you can watch the video for Bad Things (feat. Spank Rock), one of the highlights of the release. The full-length album, entitled Transistor Rhythm, dropped this week on Modeselektor’s 50Weapons (you can buy it here). Addison (real name Anthony Williams) will be touring throughout the US and Canada starting at the end of the month, accompanied by Doc Daneeka, whose collaborative album with Benjamin Damage, They!Live, also came out recently via the same label. Listen to Addison Groove’s “Savage Henry” below, and you can follow the jump for a full list of tour dates.
