As promised last week, there’s a new tune by M.I.A. to start this Monday. “Bad Girls” originally appeared on M.I.A.’s Vikki Leekx mixtape from 2010, and this refined version (produced by Danja) hits harder. The song offers an early peak at what could be in store for M.I.A.’s fourth album which she is currently recording.The song will officially drop tomorrow (Jan. 31) and come with a video by Romain Garvas, who directed M.I.A.’s unforgettable “Born Free” clip. And the singer is rumored to be appearing in the Super Bowl halftime show with Madonna. It seems as though M.I.A.’s redemption after the derisive /\/\/\Y/\ is well underway.
