He has made his mark as an Emmy Award winning, hit show starring, movie scene stealing, rapping when not acting, Twitter movement making, media mogul of the current generation. You may know him as a writer on NBC’s 30 Rock, a star on NBC’s Community, as a member of comedy group Derrick Comedy, or as indie rapper Childish Gambino. At barebones he can only be described as a member of the new vanguard of slashies currently bearing the torch of cool. Recently, the folks from Retro TV, URB HD, and Karmaloop TV got a chance to spend a few days with Donald and got down to the nitty gritty of what makes him tick.
