Empire of the Sun: Choreographed post-apocalyptic chaos directed by Mel Gibson.  Some hailed it as a headliner-in-training (always a bridesmaid…), others called it a overrated electro-poop (not a typo).  One thing cannot be denied, the crowd was surprisingly knowledgeable about this band, singing along to every word and dancing to the psychedelic beats.  More costume changes than Beyonce, this set was a visual stunner.
