I have been searching for some dope videos that have nothing to do with each other, and I seem to find 2 great ones.
One features Kyle Rapps w/ Talib kweli in a awesome audition that features NYC acts like Diwon and Y Love and Jah C tryin out for the part of…well. something famous?
Universe Traveler plays over the beat of French Duo “Air” and has Talib doing what he does best…talking about travelling the world!
Our other video features Sirah, an LA songstress that mixes some indie pop over some feel good LA picnic steez. Double Yellow Lines is much different than Kyle Rapps’ video. Kissing little dogs and picnic baskets and partly shaven heads, might not be your thing. I am def into picnic baskets on bikes though. Good move Sirah.
Lastly, this video hasn’t seemed to surface so much. It is a interview with ASAP Rocky. It’s a little in depht look via Fader TV to the mind of purple swag. He has been making all kinds of waves so check his stuff out. And ofcourse after you watch i also posted a video of his which is complete harlem thuggery. Enjoyable for anyone to watch with limited time on not giving a F.
Last but not least is the homie Lucky I am ft. Aceyalone and Slug. The song is called “For you.” For people who keep doing it (longevity is amazing) you can only feel the love. The video is off Lucky’s new album that comes out in few days digitally. With Ace and Slug on it (and they got dope verses) I think the coolness of this video just speaks on maturity as a result of being here for so long. Kudos on the good vibes. Ironic how the album will be called “I Love Haters,” and comes out Sept 13th.
