Portishead Announce North American Tour

Of all of our favorite ’90s electronic acts to reactivate in recent years, Portishead easily tops the list of artists who came back without missing a beat. Their 2008 album, Third, was easily one of the best albums of that year, and their triumphant performance at that year’s Coachella still tops our list of all time festival performances.

Since then, the band has been steadily touring around Europe, while hinting at yet another album in their own cranky way. Now the trio has announced a string of North American dates to accompany thier already confirmed gig at ATP Festival outside of New York this fall.
