It’s been four long years since Justice dragged us into the electro wilderness with their album † (Cross) a, only to then leave us to wander aimlessly amidst a thousand fist pumping immitators who never figured out that it takes more than saw-tooth synthesis to really move a dancefloor. But 2011 might be the year the electro children are allowed back to the promise land. A new tab has appeared on the official Justice Facebook page, titled appropriatly “CIVILIZATION,” containing what looks a whole lot like record artwork.
This hunch is backed up by JFK from MSTRKRFT, who recently told Seattle rock station 107.7 The End that, ““The new Justice record is done and from what they told me it sounds like a band practicing, actually just the other day. It’ll be very interesting to see how the music evolves.”
No word on when we’re actually start hearing anything from this alleged record. But knowing the typical pace of the internet, it’s safe to assume we’ll here something by the end of this week.
