More than a side-project of troubadour Jose Gonzalez, Junip was one of our fave finds of 2010. While the addition of synths and percussion to Gonzalez’s usually solo acoustic guitar and vocals was something of a revelation, beatsmith Prefuse 73 takes out all but the rawest bits and pieces in his own rework.
