Exclusive Mix
To start the year off right, URB has brandished a new look on every podcast, with invigorating and simplistic values that represent what we have in terms of our mixes. To start with that message, we begin with a mix from Rupert Taylor a.k.a. the elusively brilliant xxxy. Peeking his way into the hearts of many with his tunes released on labels such as Fabric, Infrasonics and Mindset, he’s become a sought-after DJ to pair up with his fantastic tracks. What’s intriguing about his mix for URB is that one would never expect someone previously rooted in 140BPM beats (now sitting around 130BPM) to put out a mix as diverse and as immersive as this one.
