Chicago @ Metro: Cobalt and The Hired Guns, Matt Ryd, Kosha Dillz, and more tonight (Video)

If you are the windy city, come catch a magnificent show of local Chicagoists and rock n rollers tonight. The alternative rising star Kosha Dillz opens up as the out of town guest(Israeli-New Jerseyan), and Dot Dot Dot, Matt Ryd and Catch a Tiger all help prepare for the headliners, Cobalt and The Hired Guns. You can imagine lots of rocking, some rapping (via Kosha Dillz) a cheap entry fee ($9) and a couple hundred people on what could be the night of your life, or atleast the first night out of cob webs from your New Year’s Eve (which ended up lasting too long for you).

SURE. Weezer is playing down the street too at the Aragon Ballroom, but I’m not sure if you have over a hundred dollars to see the Sweater song live, and bring back your middle school memories.

But Cobalt and The Hired Guns have a more cheery Sweater Song for you people beating the temperature issues of the Midwest.

Doors are at 8pm. Music Starts 8:30 sharp.

tickets are cheap.  www.metrochicago.com for details.
