I”ve recently seen a few scary shows around town with the decorations and puns and what not. Keeping in the spirit of candy in mind, and Nestle’s horrible child slave labor allegations, plus that huge milk scandal in Africa a few years back… Oh, no wait that’s a different address, where am I? Right, what with all the East LA Swim Team, Haloween Swim Team, and “The Swim Team” killing gigs in Los Angeles. These days it seems I’m less and less bored with each day that passes toward my eventual demise, and more excited about this upcoming tour with the original D.I.Y. indie hip hop heavyweights koreantown Sahtyre, (all new dread-lock free) Open Mic Eagle, and the BMX addicted lens hound VerBS the homie. The new Swim Team Cipher video is brought to you in part by a emerging new generation of multimedia companies to pop up and fill the shrinking gap between handmade music with a personal touch, and the industrial product that emerges sterile from the handful of international entertainment conglomerates that brainwash the minds of this era. That being said, enjoy something that just might change your entire perception about this time in your life and the music of your youth.
