Wynter Gordon. Vashtie Kola. At first glance, these powerful women have very little in common, but both  have not only become respected in their fields, but are a sign of what’s to come.

Vashtie is the ultimate New York entrepreneur, having directed videos for Kid Cudi and Justin Bieber, hosted parties like 1992 and Open (with Q-Tip and DJ Rich Medina) and most recently been the first woman to create a pair of Air Max for Nike. Wynter Gordon is a songwriter who is finally getting her turn as a singer. And she’s not wasting any time— Every dance producer’s favorite vocalist, Gordon’s song “Dirty Talk” is a huge hit in the clubs worldwide, she just wrapped a track with Chris Brown and Young Money favorite Tyga, and her debut album is on its way, along with her new EP “The First Dance,” featuring collaborations with David Guetta and The Freemasons.
