According to reports by NYC blog-haus BrooklynVegan, Daft Punk graced the stage with former bandmates (way back in their “Darlin’” days) and friends Phoenix as they closed out their fantastic show at Madison Square Garden. At approximately 10:50PM EST, the robot renegades showed up and apparently played a mini-set of Daft and Phoenix tunes. Thus, finally burying the joke that BV commenters have thrived upon since the duo’s last NYC appearance in 2007.
