Mary Anne Hobbs is leaving BBC Radio 1 tonight, while that may be a bittersweet goodbye, let’s not forget this amazing individual has provided us with some of the best music in the electronic world. Potentially, there would never be such a huge upswing in experimental music with her…and with her finally taking her leave from her Experimental show and letting fellow experimental encyclopedic DJ Benji B take the reigns, she signs off with something truly special to anyone with a pair of ears; evident by this tweet.
