Smooth tempos, sitars, retro-future samples? It must be the return of Thunderball, the stylish kids from DC all grown up after half a decade spent tuning their forks as members of Fort Knox Five. These ESL originators helped define the post chill-out sound along with label heads Thievery Corporation, and the spirit of their legendary Eighteenth Street Lounge lives on in the title track off their new album, coming out 11/9 on ESL.
