Guess who’s bizzack? It’s the “black matador” himself Grip Plyaz. But this time, he’s stepping out with none other than fellow ATLien, Aleon Craft. For the first single from 6 Pack vol. 1: A Prelude to Purp, Wind & Fire, the two have teamed up with each other and The Weathermen (providing the dope beat) for “Step Out.” At first I was bewildered that these fellows would vouch to go out when they had perfectly good lady friends at home. Quickly learning that the lady friends were going with, however, made it totally make sense. Cameos/pictures with/of Pill, Sean Falyon and tattoo artist Miya Bailey aside, this is a real sweet jam and amidst 982 “brazillian” other songs about going out on a good night and being fresh, this is one of the joints too superior not to want to listen to.
