Dublab DJ Kutmah Held By INS

Well known Los Angeles DJ Justin “Kutmah” McNulty was taken into custody by INS last week and is reportedly being held inNew Mexico where he could eventually be deported. Kutmah is best known as a member of LA collective Dublab and is involved heavily in such high-profile far left hip-hop nights as Low End Theory, Firecracker and Sound Lessons. The UK-born Egyptian-Scottish McNulty moved with his family to the U.S. when he was 12. The family was denied green cards at several points during McNulty’s adolescence and he has allegedly been living as an undocumented immigrant for over a decade.

The website Free Kutmah was up almost instantly and the #FREEKOOTZ Twitter campaign is in full effect. Keep and I on both sites along with Dublab.com for more info as it comes along.
