My personal rap-nerd tendencies will urge me to cry foul on this one for the title. Normally I would say that unless at least one member of Outkast is on the track, no one has the right to continue their hallowed franchise without them. Bobby has earned that right. He’s shown here that he is poised to step into the upper echelon of emceeing. Just listen. You’ll see what I mean.
