According to the lovely folk at FACT Magazine, Darren Cunningham’s gender-bending production moniker Actress is ready to reveal the details of his upcoming sophomore effort, following his fog-laden techno odyssey (and debut album) Hazyville, released on his Werkdiscs label in 2008. With a busy 2009 handling the acts of Zomby, Lone and Lukid on his label, he also remixed Tom Trago to fantastic results and the year of 2010 looks even brighter for Cunningham. Before releasing his second full-length Splazsh, Actress will put out the first single off the record, “Paint, Straw & Bubbles”, which will included a remix from undead phenomenon Zomby and a longer version of album track, “Maze”.
