No one seems to know very much about WU LYF… But of what we DO know: WU LYF stands for World Unite/Lucifer Youth Foundation, they have nothing to do with Wu Tang Clan, they played last October’s In The City festival, their MySpace is fairly sparse in information concerning the band, and most importantly, this quartet can really work an agonizing-but-catchy wail à la Robert Plant x Caleb Followill (with a bit more rawness, less throat lozenge-popping sort of thing) and has a solid rock band behind ‘em.
