It’s become a yearly tradition for Chris Schlarb and family to record a few holiday tunes as a gift for fans. 2009 shall not disappoint.
Although not “Christmas songs,” the real gift was making music together with family and friends.
Apart from the fact that Schlarb, a guitarist, composer, label honcho and member of I Heart Lung in addition to working ‘solo,’ sounds like a good dude, the spate of Beatles’ tunes his family gives listeners is guaranteed to entertain a crowd for at least a few plays.
