After turning in one of the more listenable mix tapes of the last year, the duo that is Jabee & aDDLib return with a preview to Black Cotton’s sequel. Somehow, “The Low Rises” doesn’t seem to lack the quality that its predecessor possessed. And in this day and age of the quick turn around, that’s pretty surprising. Cop it well.
