After turning in one of the more listenable mix tapes of the last year, the duo that is Jabee & aDDLib return with a preview to Black Cotton’s sequel. Somehow, “The Low Rises” doesn’t seem to lack the quality that its predecessor possessed. And in this day and age of the quick turn around, that’s pretty surprising. Cop it well.

Jabee and Addlib are two solid emcees… great 1-2 punch lyrically on “Low Rise”. Black Cotton 2 will definitely get numerous plays in the iPod. Good Music!

All of Jabee’s releases always have a high level of quality to them, and never go down on the next releases he does. Always look forward to new material from this artist.
