A couple weeks ago I had the great pleasure of attending Nike Sportswear Presents Fight Night @ The Montalban, a private movie theater showing of Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquaio’s historic title winning effort against Puerto Rico’s Miguel Cotto. It was Manny’s record 7th World Championship in as many weight divisions.
A largely Pro-Pacquaio audience rigorously celebrated their fighter’s thorough beating of what was, in all honesty, world class opposition, in the champion Miguel Cotto.
On top of an exciting and destructive fight, the party was also a showcase celebration for Nike Sportswear’s new line of hoodies, the AW77 Pound For Pound Hoodie, which is worn and endorsed by such elite athletes as Pacquaio, Lebron James, and Kobe Bryant.
