The Brooklyn MC’s mother passed recently so he decided to celebrate her life through song. It’s a pretty personal piece and show’s a vulnerable side to the sometimes-hardcore rapper. I extend my condolences to him and his family during this difficult time. Sometimes we take our relationships for granted and we don’t realize how good we have it ’til it’s gone. I’m not saying Saigon is guilty of this. But it’s moments like these that give us pause and make us thankful for everyone who supported us in our lives.
