Kid Sister has tweeted that she’s hitting the studio with Chicago house legend Green Velvet, whose 1992 classic “Percolator” is probably the only reason the entire Chicago “juke” scene exist in the first place.

This bodes well for Kid Sister’s long-delayed album, Ultraviolet, which is now being pegged for a Nov. 17th release.
