Stones Throw head Peanut Butter Wolf is running the numbers next month, and everything is coming up ’90s. The DJ/VJ has announced his now annual LA-area mini tour, this year of course repping 999 (9 Nights, 9 Area Codes, All ’90s). While last year’s 888 sessions found the jock throwing down all vinyl sets, with a different genre every night, this year video sets will consist entirely of ’90s jams.
But Wolf isn’t just repping the Clinton years. He has also announced a mix compilation, 45 Live:A Classic Rap Mix, made up of vintage 7-inch vinyl to be released on his new Five Day Weekend label.
