Talks are all over the internet about the sit down with Jay Z and Oprah. This past weekend, Oprah did a 2 hour interview with Jay Z in his burrough of Brooklyn specifically in Marcy Projects. The interview was done more for an O magazine piece, as Oprah believed it was more fitting than a television show with interruptions.
Over the years, Oprah has been critized for her critique of rappers. Although Oprah still says she doesnt agree with all of Jay Z’s music, she likes him as a person. On Gayle King’s radio show, Oprah was quoted saying, “Oh, Jay-Z, my new best friend”. Word is not out yet about when the article will be released. But I’m already anticipating it.
