Director John Hughes suffered the heart attack while taking a morning walk during a trip to NYC to visit family. He was 59.
He directed such ’80s hit films as “The Breakfast Club,” Weird Science,” “Sixteen Candles” and “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.”
Those of you who claim to be an “80’s baby,” if you do not know who this man is you are NOT an 80’s baby.
