When it comes to experimental techno, no one does it better than the record label Spectral Sound. One of their more promising artists, Bodycode, did not go astray from the labels very distinct direction. Just as expected, this was a very experimental, downtempo, minimal techno release.

Almost equally as expected is its quality. Mellow rolling bass sounds make the four on the floor beats soft. Every song has depth and an emotional quality that almost always is absent from anything with the word techno. Each song flows into the other leaving you hypnotized from beginning to end.

This is a great album because you can not only DJ at a lounge with this, but also do work and zone out to it. Overall its a great release and definitely worth a listen.
