Invariably, this French dance music producer and his “Cube” stage set-up will be burdened with comparisons to Daft Punk’s legendary pyramid debut (still the best set in Coachella history). But while DP’s was a megamix of singalong house hits, De Crecy’s specialty is a more underground techno strain that will keep the serious dance heads enraptured while the more pedestrian watchers will slinky away after the first 15 minutes of 909 beats. Show up a few minutes late and get a good spot to hear what they’re really dancing to France. Jasper Stahl
