When we last checked up on Misstress Barbara (and we’ll admit it’s been a while), the Montreal-based DJ was spinning hard-as-mails techno on three decks while her long dark hair bounced like a shampoo commmercial to the 136BPMs. Now she’s covered Leonard Cohen’s ‘Dance Me To The End Of Love,’ a moody and minimal techno take, with Barbara’s vocals an interesting contrast to that old rascal Cohen.
