Thursday Night, Long Beach, CA.
The venue gradually got full, and like any Hip Hop show, it started kinda late. The lineup was well worth the wait. LA Hip Hop showcase at its finest. From the opening acts: R Crew, the Crux, Pan!k & the Brothers Amor, A.G.E. Records (including underground emcee Pigeon John straight from Hawthorne) to the guest appearance, the stage had lots of energy. 2Mex and Evidence definitely tore it up, hyping the young hip hop crowd. After rippin it up with ridiculously conscious lyricsim 2Mex brought up Zen (fellow Visionaries member). Evidence also had a few surprises for us with fresh producer Exile and Layover LP guest Fashawn.
