Sinden
FabricLive.43
Most hipster electronic artists who attain any kind of popularity are eventually drafted into producing a FabricLive mix. The London-based club and CD label has selected party-starter Sinden this time around to drop them an accessible set for the consumption of thizz monsters worldwide. Providing a medley of Miami bass, Ghetto tech, dubstep, house and the usual sexual rap samples, Sinden achieves a compilation that will be sure to inspire you to break something off, take someone home, and make them have a good time.
Sinden strives for the danceable, and in wasting no time demonstrates his skills in expertly building the energy up’as well as in bringing the heavy drops in tracks such as Aquasky’s ‘Have a Good Time’ and Armand Van Helden’s ‘This Ain’t Hollywood.’ Point being, the mix doesn’t stray too far from the formula. Typical, yet decisively creative, his aim is to give us an inside look into the sounds of the current club scene by showcasing those that define the current experience of clubtopia. Sinden assembles a solid collage of music that heightens the party atmosphere instantly, whereupon listening to it, you’ll have no shame telling a random, ‘Girl, we’ll have some fun, just watch.’ Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), the same could be said of the last 42 FabricLive releases.
