The NME is reporting that Damon Albarn intends to play some new Gorillaz material when he fills in BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe. You can listen live tomorrow from 7PM to 9PM (GMT), or check every blog in the universe an hour later (including this one.)
No word yet on who produced these new tracks. The two previous albums by the cartoon band were done by Danger Mouse and Dan the Automator. Both managed to have pop hits, even appearing with Madonna in 2006 in what was absolutley the coolest Grammy performance ever.
