Bloc Party has announced that they will release their third album, Intamacy, digitally on Thursday, Aug 21st, which, in case you’re not near a calendar, is in three-days. You may recall that we really liked the groups 2005 debut album, Silent Alarms—so much so that we featured them on the cover, TWICE. You might also recall that we really hated the follow-up, A Weekend in the City.
We’ve also not been terribly enthralled wth the first single, “Mercury,” but if you’ve been on the cover of URB twice, we’ll give you a couple benifits of the doubt. Guess we’ll all find out Thursday.
