Earthquake!
My house shook! It vibrated, while swaying…
I ran out of the house hesitating to leave without my laptop (URB deadlines!) and everyone across the street could be seen running outside as well. Is that what we’re supposed to do? WOW! Then emails came in from Mt. Washington to Culver City (and I’m holding it down in Silverlake) reporting the same thing. How beautiful is that? Everyone in LA just shared a moment of pure adrenaline fueled excitement/panic/anthill comraderie. Some of us may be glad we had our clothes on for a change.
