URB is saddened to report that DJ K-Swift, the Baltimore radio DJ who was crucial in bringing the b’more club sound to a national audience, died last night in a drowning accident at her home. K-Swift featured prominently in our exploration of the Baltimore Club sound in 2005. We’re reposting it today in her honor.
