Mic Terror & Mazzi fight for URBs <3

Not so strangely, but certainly not purposefully, URB’s been pretty close to the center of these indie-rap “Lessons” on beef. To recap, Mazzi of SOUL Purpose released “Lesson A“, a song that went directly at The Cool Kids and Jay Electronica, aka the cover stars for URB #151 and #152, respectively. In “Lesson B,” the New Jersey MC goes on to explain that this was all an experiment (ostensibly aimed at getting him attention from the blog world that had mostly ignored him?) and not a diss track at all. Well, feelings got hurt any way. In a move akin to Tupac letting his “little homies ride on you,” Cool Kids cohort Mic Terror responded with “Lesson C.”

When “Lesson A” dropped, we reached out to Mikey Rocks for a quick instant message interview. He laughed it off, more or less, and that’s the tone that Mic Terror uses for the video and song above. Mic Terror gives us a shout out (around the 1:55 mark). I have a little more to add to this, but I started this blog drunk last night and finished it a little sluggish this morning. Stay tuned.
