Masked like Venom (Spider Man’s arch enemy), The Bloody Beetroots got The Roxy jumping — and it’s speakers blasting— on the Los Angeles leg of their North American tour, weeks before hitting Berlin, London and Warsaw. While it appears like The Bloody Beetroots practically have shows in other countries every week, the Italian Duo is no stranger to rocking out Southern Cali. After all, they roll with promoter-mogul-partier-extraordinaire, Steve Aoki, and are distributed on his Hollywood-based Dim Mak label.

So, it came as no surprise that the crowd would go nuts when The Bloody Beetroots threw on their beloved, Justice-esque singles like ‘Timbaland Miscommunication’, along with electro-punk remixes of club classics like House of Pain’s ‘Jump Around’ and ‘The Salmon Dance (Crooker’s Mix)’ by the Chemical Brothers.

The weak crowd-size would indicate that a last-minute venue change (from the Viper Room to the Roxy) confused some potential partiers, but does size really matter? Check out the vids and judge for yourself.
