When describing why Santogold’s new album is so good, I can only get halfway through a train of thought before another one smashes through it and carries my logic in another direction. The album has twelve tracks of fluctuating genres and emotions and hence, there’s twelve trains smashing each other. Well, here’s a thirteenth track to further complicate the legacy of Santogold courtesy of RCRD LBL. “Your Voice” is a mellow, dubbed out journey to the smokey isles.
