I can’t tell a lie, I feel a little responsible for the following mixtape. While working on issue #150, which included a feature on the Paper Route Recordz dudes, we connected a few dots that helped speed up the process of this: Benzi & Diplo present.. Paper Route Recordz “Fear & Loathing In Hunts Vegas” on Mad Decent. I also helped Benzi name the damn thing. That said, I didn’t illustrate the cover or freak any of these remixes. And that’s what’s really important. Here’s what Benzi just let us leak:
Coming this spring, Benzi & Diplo present.. Paper Route Recordz “Fear & Loathing In Hunts Vegas” on Mad Decent. This project has been months in the making with Benzi & Diplo remixing and mixing all the latest and greatest jams from the Paper Route Recordz gang on a full length mixtape. Before the actual CD drops, look for a HUGE 12″ single for the hit “Rollin” featuring Jackie Chain. Included on the single are crazy remixes for “Rollin” by Diplo, Flosstradamus, Benzi & Rashad, & DJ Sega!
