The video for super group CRS’s only released song, “Us Placers,” just dropped and it’s fuckin great. CRS, short for Child Rebel Soldiers, is comprised of Kanye, Lupe and Pharrell…this first cut samples Thom Yorke and is better than anything on The Cool. So even if i’m a little bitter about my slightly bitter essay about Lupe Fiasco perhaps being lost forever due to a dying laptop, I still can’t hate when “Us Placers” references two of the best videos of all-time.
