Canadian cowboy and generally weird rhyme slanger, Buck 65 is about to have a big 2007. In addition to providing all the music to Scratch director Doug Pray's Big Rig (which rules on all levels and will be premiering at SXSW) and the French film l'Histoire de Richard O, Buck is readying his first full-length in some time. Here he speaks (at great length) about the source of inspiration for the new album, one that he promises will be surprisingly hip-hop to some people. It's entirely produced by Scratch Bastid, and assuming everything goes according to plan, it'll hit record stores this summer.
