The Writer of writers has turned into an absolute machine designed for the beef of beefs, pounding out punchlines like he used to push out homonyms in a four bar appearance. The Dipset vs. Jay-Z and Tru Life has yet to produce a definitive ether (unless you count the business game pulled by Jimmy Jones on the ‘We Fly High Beef Mix’) and while ‘You’re Done’ isn’t it, it’s full of great moments from Writer. ‘I didn’t forget about your boss Jigga Jigga what/he’s probably at his office getting fingers up his butt’ and calling Tru a worse rapper than Memphis Bleek are certain highlights, but Cam’ron’s spoken word outro might just steal the show.
